In one-on-one consultation sessions, we address specific struggles in your feeding journey with your child. You will receive an action plan to work on based on your child’s case & specific family needs aimed at getting you back on track towards happy stress-free meals, or help you avoid slipping into negative habits that cause picky eating or make it worse.

The session is 60mins long. It includes an assessment and a practical and achievable action plan that fits your unique child’s case.

Once you book, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail, which includes a link to a calendar where you can view availability and schedule your session.
